The Office of Mediation and Ombuds Services (OMOS) is open and conducting all business operations by phone, email and video conference.

As a part of the County’s comprehensive approach to safety during the ongoing pandemic, OMOS now supports communication and conflict services (including mediation) through a secure video conferencing platform. 

OMOS works with people having difficult conversations, helping to generate options, and reach voluntary resolution of conflicts. OMOS does not advocate for one party over the other and does not provide legal advice. OMOS Services are available in English and Spanish.
